Kids’ Squad has a strong history of developing swimmers to compete successfully at the Australian Youth Level.
We have done this through fostering a love for swimming, learning, personal growth and maintaining fun within the programs. However, we are not just about competition swimmers.
All our facilities have programs that cater to the non-competitive swimmer who just wants to be fit, healthy and enjoy the water.
The Adult Fitness Squads have been designed for swimmers who would like to improve their swimming technique and general fitness as well as for those who are more competitive. Sessions are performed at your own pace and are designed to provide stroke development, the fundamentals of swimming, fitness training and a splash of speed work for variety.
Our coaches offer a varied program where you’re sure to pick up some great technique tips, which will, in turn, improve your stroke efficiency and prevent injuries.
